In the year of 2016, APT Mobile Satcom Limited (“APSAT”) was founded in Shenzhen,China. We launched our first Ku-band HTS satellite, APSTAR-6D, in July 2020 andcommenced our service in 2021. APSTAR-6D provides HTS coverage over the full field of view of the satellite including the Pacific Ocean, Indian Ocean, Australia and the Southern Oceans down to Antarctica.This includes areas not served by any other HTS satellite. We devote ourself in providing high-quality,efficient, cost-effective service to all ourclients. APSAT provides “one-stop-shop” cellular backhaul, corporate network,maritime and aeronautical mobility services.We are also experienced in providing teleport & network services. We are going to build a seamless global coverage network in the next couple of years through several launches.

BY ADAM GAVINE ON AUGUST 27, 2021IN-FLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT, INFLIGHT CONNECTIVITYPanasonic Avionics Corporation (PAC), China Eastern Airlines, APT Mobile SatCom, and China Telecom Satellite Communications (“CTSat”) have released performance data for their inflight connectivity service over China, which uses PAC’s Extreme Throughput Satellite (XTS) service on the APStar 6D communications satellite.The companies report that, on a recent China Eastern Airlines’ flight (MU5105 – Shanghai to Beijing), passengers saw average speeds up to 100 megabits per second (Mbps) to the aircraft, with peak speeds reaching 200Mbps. China Eastern is launch Chinese airline for PAC Live TV
China Eastern Airlines has become the launch customer in mainland China for Panasonic Avionics Corporation’s (PAC) Live Television service for inflight viewing. The service will be rolled out across the airline’s entire widebody fleet of Airbus A330s and A350s and Boeing B777 and B787 aircraft, initially providing passengers with live coverage from major local broadcasters, such as CCTV and CGTN.Live Television is enabled by PAC’s third-generation (Gen-3) communications network of high speed, high-bandwidth Ku-band satellites.
